Missing out on opportunities
Comhar Partners had already started using Foleon for their customer marketing before Katrina joined the team.
“When I first started, back in 2021, we only used it to display position profiles for our clients. In doing so, that showed essentially the job description, role and responsibilities, experience requirements, the competencies for success, and an overview of the company.”

Adopting a powerful distinguisher
Comhar Partners started using Foleon for their job descriptions in 2018. At the time, it was already a great way to stand out from other recruitment agencies, but they quickly realized they could do so much more with it.
The turning point
While working on one of these capabilities presentations, Katrina had an epiphany.
“As we were doing these repetitive tasks, a light bulb went off in my head. I realized we have this great tool that we use for our clients; we should use it for ourselves.”
As they pitched Foleon as their main differentiator to potential customers, they felt they should also use that for their own brand. And so, they started using Foleon for their own needs as well.
“If I was telling these potential clients that a PDF isn't going to get opened, and that's why our marketing is so much better than other firms, why weren't we using it ourselves to help get new clients? That was a big turning point for us.”
And they never looked back.
Faster processes thanks to Personalization & more

As they rolled out Foleon into their internal processes, the team saw huge potential for Foleon's personalization capabilities.
“Personalization was one of the greatest things for us to roll out.”
Working closely with Foleon's team, they built a unique solution that improved their processes significantly.
“Working with the Foleon team, we created an entire API for our database. From that, we were able to use the personalization tool by grabbing our data and pushing it into Foleon.”
With this new solution, they were able to populate personalized progress reports that they would use during their weekly customer calls.
“The fact that this was now a one-click report that populated and could be pulled up on screen during those weekly check-in calls was huge for us.”
With this, the team was able to dedicate 75% of their time to other matters, such as focusing on the opening of their new sister company.
“It turned something that typically took twenty minutes into a five-minute task. To this day, we've got over a hundred different industry-specific capabilities and decks. It's so nice.”
With no more repetitive manual tasks, the team was able to allocate their time and resources to more strategic matters.
“Having that all there was a huge game changer for us. Prior to that, managing directors and project managers were filling out Microsoft Word progress reports by hand.”
Foleon also allowed the marketing team to work closer with the sales team and enable them better.
“If someone on the sales team requests a presentation, it's so nice to just jump in there and grab one for any industry, and it's just ready to go. That was a huge time saver.”

Expanding the use of Foleon across teams
The team now uses the platform across 7 different use cases, including Brand Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Stakeholder Engagement. They also expanded the platform to their sales team in order to streamline the content creation process.
“We've really expanded our use of Foleon. Now, we use it to display presentations on industry-specific capabilities. We have created a fact sheet for everyone on our sales team. We also have industry-specific newsletters.”
It quickly became a vital part of their marketing strategy.
“The fact that I use it for so many different avenues within marketing is invaluable. I can't imagine doing what we do day in and day out without Foleon, from our industry-specific newsletters to branding ourselves.
