Columns contain elements that make up the actual content of your page. Elements like text, images, buttons, and videos make your pages come alive. In this article, you'll learn how to manage the elements on your page.

What are elements?
Elements are the content that you can add to a column. You can access all elements from the Element button on the left sidebar and drag and drop them onto any of your columns. Below is a list of the elements available in the Content Studio:
-
Standard elements
These are the building blocks of your page, including text, media, and data.
➡️ Text elements (titles, paragraphs, and quotes), data elements (counter, progress bar, circle, and table,) image, button, divider, video, share, hotspot, embed, and form -
Widgets
Widgets are interactive elements that allow you to display multiple images or text in a dynamic way.
➡️ Carousel, gallery, and slider -
External forms
Embed an external form from one of the tools below to capture leads and sync them directly with your marketing automation platform.
➡️ HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Pardot, and Eloqua
⚠️ When you're working with the Content Builder, you can't add any elements to your blocks. You have to stick to the setup of the columns in the block templates.

Move an element
An element can be moved around with the move icon (four dots). The element can be moved within the same column or to a different column or block.
💡 When you're working with the Content Builder, it's not possible to move around an element in a block template.

Element settings
Every element has its settings, depending on how it works. To learn more about the settings for a specific element, we recommend you read the in-depth article on that element, for example:
