The Media Library is getting a new look! We're launching a new way for uploading, managing, and structuring brand media, ensuring easier access and governance across the entire content lifecycle.
We're gradually rolling out the new Media Library to customers over the next few months.

✨ Here's what's new in the Media Library:
- Access the Media Library from both the Dashboard and the Editor
Open the Media Library wherever you work. Organize, preview, and access your files directly from the Dashboard or while adding media to your Doc in the Editor.
- Smarter search, sort, and filter
Quickly find your file with our new search, sort, and filter capabilities. Search by file or folder name, filter by type (images, documents, videos), and sort by date, name, or size.
- Enhanced previews for images, PDFs, and videos
We've made it easier to preview your content. We've enabled larger previews for images and added the ability to preview your PDFs and videos. Double-click the thumbnail on your file or open the quick actions menu (⋮) and select Preview.
- Crop, rotate, and flip images
From the preview window, you can crop, rotate, and flip your images, allowing you to make simple edits without leaving Foleon. At the top of your preview, you'll see options to rotate, flip, and crop.
- Switch between the list and grid views
Toggle between list and grid views for better browsing. The classic grid view offers a larger thumbnail for easy preview, while the list view lets you see more information in a table format. Choose which option works for you!
- Integrations with a native look and feel
We've made our integrations with Unsplash, Bynder, and other third-party providers look and feel more native to Foleon, giving you the feeling of a seamless Foleon experience.
