Download your report as a PDF or CSV
In Foleon Analytics, you can easily download your data to share with your team or analyze further. Here's how to do it:
Adjust the filters at the top of the page to view the desired date range, source, workspace, or device timezone.
In the top right corner, click either Download as PDF or Download as CSV:

Download as PDF: The download will start immediately.

Download as CSV: A pop-up will appear with more options to customize your file.
If you selected Download as CSV, use the pop-up to choose how to organize your data.
Group by: Select how your data should be grouped:

Project: Compare entire projects.

Document: Compare totals for each Foleon Doc.

Page: See statistics for each individual page.

Workspace: Compare performance across different workspaces.
Date by: Select your time intervals:
- Month: View data grouped by month.
- Week: View data grouped by week.
- None: View total values for the selected date range.
Share the report URL
In Foleon Analytics, adjust the filters and choose to view the graph data per day, week, or month. To share the report, simply copy the URL from your browser's address bar. You can then send this URL to your team to easily collaborate on the insights from the report.
💡When you change the date range in your report, the URL updates to include that specific date range. Adjust the date range first, then share the URL to ensure you see the same data.
⚠️ When you send out the report, it can only be opened by registered Foleon users in your workspace.
