Activate your account in Foleon
When your Foleon account is created, you'll get an automated email to help you activate it. Here's what to expect, including activating your Foleon Academy account

Activate your account
This is the account you'll use to log in and create content in Foleon. When you're first added to the platform, you'll need to activate it and get started.
- Open the email inviting you to activate your account.
- Click Get started.
- Enter and confirm your new password, then click Activate account.
If your account was created with SSO, you don't need to set a password. Log in with your company account instead.
π‘All passwords must contain at least 1 letter and 1 number. The minimum length is typically 8 characters. Your organization may have additional requirements in place. If you're unsure what applies to you, feel free to reach out to us at support@foleon.com.
Access your Foleon Academy account
Along with your Foleon platform account, you'll also receive a separate email to activate your Foleon Academy account, our platform for onboarding courses and tutorials on getting the most out of Foleon.
β οΈ Your Foleon Academy account is separate from your Foleon platform account. You'll set your own Foleon Academy password, even if you use the same email address for both.
