The dashboard contains an overview of your Foleon Docs, with some handy tools for filtering or getting help. In this article, we discuss the different options.

The Dashboard
The Dashboard is where you get an overview of your Foleon account. From the dashboard, you can filter on workspaces, edit your Docs, or get started quickly with templates. If you have access, you'll also see the Admin Console and Brand Console.

At the top of the page, you will find your recent Foleon Docs. Double click to open the editor and continue to work on your Docs. Alternatively, you can click on the quick actions menu (⋮) on the thumbnail.
Search for your Foleon Docs
Use the search bar to quickly find a Foleon Doc or Project within your workspace. Type your query and hit enter to view the results in a dedicated search page.
The chat button
The chat icon at the bottom left corner of your dashboard is the support chat button. Click on it to start a conversation with our support team.

Our support team usually replies within a day. If you’ve logged out when we respond, you’ll receive a notification by email. A pop-up notification will also show when you log back into your account.
Conversations don't disappear, so when you log back in, you can see past conversations. The chat button is also where you’ll get notified about important updates.
