Set up your user account
Learn how to manage your personal information and login details.
Manage your profile
To access your profile settings, click on your initials in the top right corner of the dashboard. Then click on Profile.

Edit your personal details by clicking on the Edit button. You can edit your first name, last name, and email address.

Click Save to save your changes.

Email address login
When you create a Foleon account or you've been added to an account by an admin user, you will use an email address. This email address will also be used as your account username.
You can change your email address from your Profile. To activate a new email address, click on the activation link sent to your email address. Until youβve activated the new email address, it wonβt yet be visible in your profile, and you can continue using your current email address to log in to your Foleon account.

Change your password
When you create an account, you must set a password. To change your password, click Change Password in your Profile. You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
π‘All passwords must contain at least 1 letter and 1 number. The minimum length is typically 8 characters. Your organization may have additional requirements in place. If you're unsure what applies to you, feel free to reach out to us at support@foleon.com.

Forgot your password?
If you forgot your password and you are still logged in, change your password following the steps described above.
If you forgot your password and youβre no longer logged in, click Forgot password below the password field on the login page. Enter your email address and click Send email. You'll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
β οΈ To help keep your account safe, we've set a limit of 5 login attempts.
After each attempt, your account will be temporarily locked for the following durations: first for 3 minutes, then 15 minutes, then 30 minutes, and finally for 24 hours.
If you're locked out, contact our support team for help.

User roles
Different user roles in Foleon determine what you have access to. You can check your role in the top right corner under your name.
Only admin users with access to the Admin Console can change a user's role.
