Translate your page with AI Text Assistant

With our Text Assistant, you can quickly translate your pages with AI. 🪄

Integrating translations directly in your Foleon Docs allows all team members–including translators, designers, and stakeholders–to collaborate all in one place. This eliminates the need to exchange files back and forth and minimizes errors like text truncation or awkward placements.

💡 Do you want to translate an entire Doc rather than individual pages? Read our article here on translating your Doc.

How to translate your page

📹 In the video below, we show you how to translate your page to create a one-pager that is available in multiple languages.

Navigate to the page or overlay you want to translate.

⚠️ Translating a page will replace the original content. If you would like your Doc or page available in multiple languages, duplicate it first before translating.

Open the Menu and select Text Assistant.

Step 1 - Menu - Text assistant-1

Select Translate this page under Assistance type.

Step 2 - Translate this page

Select your target language from the dropdown.

Step 3 - Select target language

Choose your preferred formality: Informal or Formal.

Step 4 - Select Formality

Click Save. Your page is now translated! 🎉

Step 5 - Save to Translate Page

💡 These steps translate only the page or overlay you’re currently editing—not the entire Foleon Doc. Repeat these steps for each page or overlay you want to translate.
