Amsterdam, 10 September 2019 — Sam Brown (33) recently started as Vice President of Customer Success at Foleon, a leading platform for creating and publishing interactive web content. In this position, Brown will be responsible for further developing the company’s customer success strategy and will head the customer success, creative services, and support teams.
Originally from New Zealand, Brown has years of experience, holding various international customer success management positions in the tech industry. Most recently, Brown acted as VP of Customer Success and Sales at Happeo, a digital workplace, and social intranet SaaS company.
The first big project for Brown will be to identify and prioritize the most valuable interactions to ensure that Foleon's users are successful. Brown: “I look forward to working with the talented and passionate Foleon team. Currently, all three client-facing teams are trying to do everything. However, we should focus on offering solutions that add the most value for customers. It all comes back to the end-user experience. If you solve a real problem, Foleon will essentially become a necessity in our customer’s deck.”
